The Exhibitor should pay the registration fees, renting charge and cost of the fascia inscription to the account of the Secretariate - “Event Marketing Ltd” at the prices and tariffs listed above.
The values of the registration fees, stand renting charge and payment for additional equipment and services are quoted in EURO. Bank charges shall be at the expense of originator.

The Application Form, approved by the director and sealed,
should be mailed to the Secretariate with a copy of the bank draft
not later than on June 20, 2005.
Within two days after payment (receipt of the copy of the bank draft)
the Management will send a letter of confirmation
to the Exhibitor with “Exhibitor’s Manual” for further registration.
