| REGISTRATION OFTHE CONFERENCE
PARTICIPANTS |
General terms
To be registered for Conference please download the Application
Form, fill it out and fax it back to the Congress Secretariat.
Another option is to register on-line. In reply, you will
receive an invoice that has to be paid in due time according
to the payment instructions. Please read carefully general
terms for Participation. By effecting of your payment you
confirm your acceptance of all terms and regulations related
to your participation.
Payment procedure
To participate inthe Conference please download the Application
Form, and fax it to the Secretariat. Within three days after
receipt of your Application Form Secretariat will send you
an invoice. The invoice should be paid within five working
days and a copy of the bank draft should be submitted to the
Secretariat. The original form should be also submitted to
the Management prior to the beginning of the Forum. All costs
are at transmitter's charge. Please mark in the payment order
the name of participant for whom the payment was made.
Credit cards
Your payment can be made on site by credit card (VISA and
EuroCard/MasterCard only). In this case if you pay by the
credit card the total fee of your participation will be increased
by 3% (bank charges).
Cancellation
Cancellation must be in writing and by mutual consent of the
applicant and Management, except that Management may unilaterally
cancel this contract for non-payment of any balance due by
the date specified. If cancellation is agreed to, applicant
will be entitled to a refund based on the following schedule:

90% refund for written cancellations received
before 1 May 2005 |

60% refund for written cancellations received
between 1 May 2005 and 1 June 2005 |
|
|
30% refund for written cancellations received
between 1 June 2005 and 1 July 2005 |
|
No refund for cancellations received on
or after 1 July 2005. |
The changes of names are costless if Congress Secretariat is
notified of the alteration beforehand. If the alterations are
made less than a month prior the beginning of the Congress,
additional 20 EURO will be charged.
