For the Forum information sponsors and partners, accredited journalists special work stations will be arranged.

In the period of preparations for and conduct of the Forum you can download from the web site or request necessary information, press-release or illustrations in the Organizing Committee. 

We remind you about the necessity to indicate the information source if it is used for publication.

You can require and receive the following material free of charge (in accordance with the printing requirements):

• Logos of the Forum organizers
• Logos of the sponsors
• Press-releases of the events
• Press-releases of the Organizers and Sponsors
• Press-releases and information materials from the Participants (as they come to the Press-center)
• Photos of the events (as they are carried out, usually the next day after the action)
• Advertising blocks with information about an event.

For accreditation please fill in a request form.

All accredited journalists will receive the confirmation of accreditation with the events schedule

Each accredited journalist will have the right to attend official events of the Forum (Conference-program and Exhibition), to work in the Press-center and in the negotiation area.

Taking into account the great interest in the Forum and insufficient  capacity of the Press-center, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse accreditation without  explanation of the cause.
