Within the framework of the Forum in addition to plenary and section sessions, round tables and master classes, a poster section and workshops will work. All received papers’ abstracts will be considered by the Organizing Committee and recommended for discussion at one or another meeting of the conference. Publication of the papers’ abstracts is free of charge, irrespective of a registration fee payment. Presentations’ abstracts of 2 standard typewritten pages in volume in Russian and English languages are accepted only on CD or by e-mail as Word files. All picture, tables and photos should be sent as separate jpg or tif files.

A collection of the conference materials and a compact disc will be prepared by organizers by the conference opening.

The full text of your paper will be published on a compact disc (CD). There are no limitations on the article size. Rules regarding the format are the same as for the papers’ abstracts. Use of Power Point files, html and self-extracting archives may be used.

To organize the retrieval system it is necessary to give 5-9 KEY WORDS reflecting the papers’ subject.
